Job summary

Accenture is seeking a higher education transformation lead to drive complex Cloud ERP engagements for universities and colleges. You will own senior relationships, guide cross-functional design decisions, and shape adoption strategies in a shared governance environment.

You will champion AI-enabled delivery and ensure integration across student systems, research platforms, and enterprise tools while supporting market-solving pursuits. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education or community college environments.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on Cloud ERP delivery in a functional capacity with large, complex ERP engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead Cloud ERP engagements for college/university clients with accountability for quality and outcomes.
Own senior client relationships in your functional area with executives such as CFO/CHRO.
Drive design decisions accounting for decentralized finance and HR structures and governance dynamics.
Lead change management strategies within a shared governance culture.
Own integration strategy connecting ERP to student, advancement, and research platforms.
