Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, curriculum development, organizational development, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years managing a higher education faculty development program.
• Proficient in Office 365 tools as demonstrated in resume.
• Minimum 3 years in team-based environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with databases/tracking systems for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with course evaluations and implementing improvement plans.
• Must have NDA with company and provide copy to Program Manager.

Responsibilities
