Candidates must have 10+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active DoD Secret Clearance. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in instructional design or faculty development.
• Experience managing instructor certification programs in a DoD environment.
• Familiarity with MISTC, MSTP, or TECOM training operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and oversight of the Faculty Development Program.
• Ensure instructors are qualified and certified according to standards.
• Develop and maintain Individual Development Plans for instructors.
