This role involves managing the Faculty and Instructor Development Program, ensuring all instructors are qualified and developed according to military standards. Candidates must have 10+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active DoD Secret Clearance. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in instructional design or faculty development.
Experience managing instructor certification programs in a DoD environment.
Familiarity with MISTC, MSTP, or TECOM training operations preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage design and oversight of the Faculty Development Program.
Ensure instructors are qualified and certified according to standards.
Develop and maintain Individual Development Plans for instructors.
