Job summary

Jenzabar in the United States is seeking a Client Success Manager with a background in Higher Education or Client Service and 2+ years of experience. This role covers the Kansas City region and surrounding markets, with travel required.

You will maintain positive client relationships, act as a liaison between the organization and clients, and use data to improve ROI. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives to shape future sales and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Background in Higher Education understood.
• Prior experience as an Account Manager in HE space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive client relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between organization and clients.
• Leverage data to personalize and address client’s needs and ROI.
• Client Service training for continuous improvement.
• Visit and/or conduct annual reviews with each client.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with senior level contacts.
• Integral part of strategizing on accounts with Account Executive & Sales Manager to establish future sales.
• Collect feedback on how products meet client needs and how to improve.
• Represent Jenzabar at related regional conferences within your territory.
• Travel 50-75%.
