BHDP Architecture in Raleigh, NC seeks a Client Relationship Manager for Higher Education to drive account growth and exceptional client experience. You will align internal teams around scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure predictable delivery.

The role emphasizes building trusted advisor relationships with clients, expanding BHDP services, and coordinating with sales leadership to pursue new opportunities; onsite work Mon-Thu with optional Friday, full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design is required.
• Architectural license or NCIDQ certification preferred.
• 12+ years in the design/architecture industry.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance by defining ownership and scalable processes.
• Assess and mitigate project risks to protect client relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales to define client strategy and expand BHDP services.
• Execute day-to-day strategy to deliver successful client outcomes and repeat business.
• Drive growth by managing existing relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
• Build trusted advisor relationships that connect BHDP offerings to client needs.
• Coordinate with senior PMs to achieve profitable outcomes and value.
