Job summary

Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Talent Staffing Coordinator - Stores to support hiring for high-volume part-time hourly openings in our designated markets. This role ensures a positive candidate experience and accurately conveys OSJL's culture and values.

You will partner with leadership to define roles, source candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain relationships to build a robust talent bench for ongoing staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business or related field.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience required.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• High volume staffing experience.
• Two Saturday shifts per month required.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process to fill high-volume part-time staffing needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand roles and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build a consistent candidate pipeline for part-time roles.
• Identify and engage active or passive candidates for OSJL needs.
• Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and manage communications.
• Maintain a strong hiring presence within the assigned market.
• Promote OSJL career opportunities on social platforms.
