Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition workload and meet hiring goals.
• Strong experience sourcing and building talent pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 50+ requisitions from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, interview processes, and timelines.
• Influence decisions with market insights and proactive, consultative guidance.
• Source and engage talent through digital, social, referrals, and direct sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs and monitor funnel health.
• Maintain ATS records, candidate documentation, dispositioning, and reporting with data integrity.
