Insurance Partners Agency LLC is seeking a Small Business Unit Commercial Account Manager in Ohio or Kentucky. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on servicing a high-volume portfolio of small business commercial accounts, handling renewals, policy changes, invoicing, and client inquiries.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of commercial lines P&C experience and an active Ohio license, with proficiency in AMS-360, ImageRight, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial lines P&C insurance experience.
• Active Ohio Property & Casualty license.
• Ability to manage a book of $225,000–$350,000 in agency revenue.
• Proficiency in AMS-360, ImageRight, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of small business commercial insurance accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding policy questions, coverage concerns, and service needs.
• Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with certificates of insurance, policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, billing inquiries, and claims reporting.
• Review client exposures and identify coverage gaps or deficiencies.
• Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on client operations and risk profile.
• Educate clients regarding policy provisions, exclusions, limitations, and available coverage enhancements.
• Assist clients in understanding changes to premiums, coverages, and carrier requirements.
• Report claims to carriers in accordance with agency guidelines
• Maintain real-time, accurate client files in AMS-360 and ImageRight
• Update billing screens, commissions, producer codes, company codes, and status codes during renewal processing
• Prepare and process premium finance agreements
• Handle agency-bill invoicing and ensure compliance with agency procedures
• Prepare and process lost policy releases (LPRs)
• Notify leadership when service standards may be at risk
