Job summary

BroadStreet Partners seeks an organized SBU Commercial Account Manager to support a high-volume small business portfolio. The role covers client servicing, policy accuracy, renewals, and carrier communications in a hybrid Ohio/Kentucky setting.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio P&C license, has 1+ year of commercial lines experience, and excels in detail-oriented, timely service with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial lines P&C insurance experience.
• Active Ohio Property & Casualty license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to manage a book of $225,000-350,000 in agency revenue.
• Proficiency in AMS-360, ImageRight, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to change and follow agency guidelines.
• Commitment to continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Build & Maintain Client Relationships with clients, underwriters, and producers.
• Deliver high-volume, high-quality account service including renewals and endorsements.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance & documentation across client files and processes.
• Support producers with new business workflows and risk management recommendations.
