Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high‑volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will drive business plans to hit sales and profit goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will build, coach, and develop teams across staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training, and maintain strong vendor relationships to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
