Job summary

You will coach Department and Shift Managers, set goals, hire strong teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Relevant quick-service or hospitality background is strongly preferred, and applicants must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, follow progress and provide coaching.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
