Located in the Oklahoma City Metro Area, the role combines executive oversight with hands-on leadership. The position offers immediate operational autonomy, senior leadership visibility, and long-term growth within a diversified hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of General Management experience in high-volume full-service restaurants.
• Experience managing teams of 40+ employees.
• Experience with banquet or private dining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a high-volume, full-service dining venue.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of roughly 60 hourly and supervisory team members.
• Manage operational accountability through active floor presence during peak dining hours, special events, and high-volume fluctuations.
• Drive financial performance, including labor cost optimization, COGS, beverage profitability, and annual budgeting.
• Ensure consistent adherence to premium guest service standards, food safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with casino and entertainment leadership to coordinate banquet support, pre-concert rush periods, and promotional dining events.
