Job summary

McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant is operated by an independent franchisee. The General Manager will be responsible for running a profitable operation while upholding McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

You will lead a team of Department Managers, set clear goals, and provide coaching and direction to improve performance. Ideal candidates have GM experience at high-volume locations, with a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Ideal candidates should have prior General Manager experience at high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress and coach for improvement.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong team for the future.
