Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift; multitasking.
• ServeSafe or California Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Cook dishes accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and proper temperatures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
