Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment for healthcare or therapy fields.
• Proficiency with Indeed and Apploi applicant platforms.
• Self-starter who works independently and owns metrics.
• Strong relationship-building with a team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume recruitment for OTs, Speech Therapists, PTs, Social Workers, and SIETS.
• Collaborate with regional teams to meet hiring targets for mandated programs.
• Source passive candidates through creative recruiting strategies.
• Represent All About Kids at local and regional career fairs and events.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting using recruitment platforms.
