Job summary

Milwaukee Tool’s Olive Branch Distribution Center is seeking a Recruiter who can manage high-volume recruitment end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire top talent aligned with our values. You will drive candidate experience through efficient processes and compliant practices.

You’ll leverage Workday and other sourcing tools to build strong pipelines, track metrics, and continuously提升 efficiency in a fast-growing distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years recruiting in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience sourcing active and passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles within the distribution center.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure role fit and values alignment.
• Lead offer creation and negotiation to ensure internal equity and positive candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality and pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to meet hiring needs.
• Track recruiting data to reduce time-to-fill and improve recruiter efficiency.
• Maintain processes and documentation in compliance with standards.
