Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Olive Branch seeks a Recruiter to drive high-volume, high-quality hiring for our distribution center. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, and deliver a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.

You’ll use data, Workday ATS, and market insights to refine approaches, build pipelines, ensure compliance, and support our fast-growing operations while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit end-to-end for a variety of roles within the distribution center.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates; lead offer creation and negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to meet hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain compliant processes.
