Pinnacle Home Improvements is seeking a high-energy Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for in-home sales reps, inside sales and appointment specialists across multiple markets. You will build pipelines, screen candidates and align with managers to hire fast with quality.

This role requires independence, strong communication, and a passion for culture fit, with a focus on scalable processes, candidate experience and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting for contact centers, in-home sales, or commission-based roles.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume recruiting for sales and growth roles across multiple markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates beyond active applicants.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess capability and culture fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles for each role.
• Move candidates through the process quickly while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Utilize sourcing tools, referrals and networking to generate qualified candidates.
• Improve recruiting processes to hire faster and more consistently.
• Track activity and use data to optimize the recruiting funnel.
