Pinnacle Home Improvements is growing, and we are seeking a Recruiter who builds teams, not just fills seats. You will own high-volume recruiting for in-home sales, inside sales and other growth roles, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver scalable staffing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting for contact centers, canvassing/field marketing teams, or in-home sales roles.
• Ability to partner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced sourcing expertise and building pipelines from scratch.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own high volume recruiting for sales and growth positions across multiple markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates rather than relying solely on applicants.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews that identify capability and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand what makes someone successful in each role.
• Move candidates efficiently through the recruiting process while maintaining a high quality candidate experience.
• Use recruiting platforms, sourcing tools, referrals, networking to consistently generate qualified candidates.
• Help build and continuously improve recruiting processes that make hiring faster and more consistent.
• Track recruiting activity and results, identify bottlenecks and use data to improve the funnel.
• Develop a deep understanding of Pinnacle's sales organization, culture, expectations and what separates successful performers from unsuccessful hires.
• Become a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the organization as we continue to scale.
