Machinify is seeking a detail-driven Print Operations Technician for an on-site role that delivers member and client correspondence nationwide. You’ll operate high-volume printing and inserting equipment with a focus on accuracy, security, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, Windows proficiency, and experience in fast-paced production. You’ll join a team in a professional on-site environment with opportunities to improve processes and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate letter-inserting equipment and production printers for high-volume correspondence.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on inserting and printing equipment.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and place reorders to prevent interruptions.
• Document production activity with logs and reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements for quality and throughput.
• Escalate equipment or inventory issues to leads/managers.
