Job summary

Machinify is seeking a detail-driven Print Operations Technician to join our on-site team in Kentucky. You will operate high-volume letter-inserting equipment and production printers to deliver member and client correspondence, while maintaining accuracy, security, and HIPAA compliance.

In this hands-on role, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, monitor inventory, document production logs, and support special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in a Windows-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in a fast-paced production or production-line setting.
• Ability to work on-site in a team environment.
• Ability to handle PHI and confidential materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate letter-inserting equipment and production printers to produce high-volume member and client correspondence accurately and on schedule.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on inserting and printing equipment to keep production running smoothly.
• Handle protected health information (PHI) and other confidential materials in accordance with HIPAA and Machinify’s data privacy and security policies.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of client letterhead, envelopes, and supplies, and place reorders to prevent production interruptions.
• Identify, communicate, and implement process improvements that increase quality, accuracy, and throughput.
• Alert the Print Operations Team Lead and Manager to any inventory shortages or equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and production documentation.
• Support client implementations and special projects as assigned by management.
