H. T. PROF Group in Menomonee Falls, WI, seeks a Multi-Spindle Machine Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Wed 3:50pm - 3:05am, Thu 3:50pm-10:05pm, with paid lunch). Location: Menomonee Falls, WI. Direct Hire.

Operate/read multi-spindle and automatic screw machines, set up tooling, read blueprints, and maintain tooling while meeting precise specs. Prior multi-spindle or screw machine experience is valuable; overtime and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Experience operating or setting up multi-spindle lathes, automatic screw machines or similar high-volume bar-stock machining equipment.
• Read blueprints, job orders and tooling instructions.
• Install and adjust collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops and tooling.
• Set or adjust speeds, feeds and machine controls.
• Inspect first pieces and production parts to specifications.
• Replace and maintain cutting tools.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to keep production running safely and effectively.
• Previous multi-spindle or automatic screw machine experience is valuable, but related machining and manufacturing experience may also be worth exploring.

Multi-Spindle Machine Operator

Our client is a long-established, stable precision manufacturer in the Menomonee Falls area experiencing significant growth. They are adding people across their machining operations and creating opportunities for machinists at multiple skill levels, schedules and areas of expertise.

This opportunity is for someone with experience operating or setting up multi-spindle lathes, automatic screw machines or similar high-volume bar-stock machining equipment. Whether your background calls them multi-spindles, screw machines or something else, we're interested in what you know and what you can do.

The work may include:
