Job summary

RGP is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for approximately 1,800 employees across North America, with hands-on ADP Vantage experience in a fast-paced environment. You will process multiple weekly payrolls for US and Canada, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR and Finance to support employee lifecycle changes in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience with high-volume processing.
• Hands-on ADP Vantage expertise.
• Experience with U.S. payroll and knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations.
• Strong attention to detail; able to audit and resolve discrepancies.
• Knowledge of federal, state, provincial, and local payroll laws.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple weekly payrolls across hourly and salary employees, including Canada.
• Use ADP Vantage to manage payroll transactions, updates, earnings, deductions, taxes, and reporting.
• Review payroll data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and stakeholders to support payroll-related changes.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, taxes, and processes.
• Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Suggest process improvements to maintain efficient payroll operations.
