Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking an Order Management Lead to support high-volume warehouse operations, overseeing order processing, scheduling, dock activities, and accurate picking, staging, and auditing. Focuses on early-stage order fulfillment and proactive resolution of operational hurdles, including international orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of high-volume distribution supervision experience.
• Experience with warehouse picking technologies.
• Experience using warehouse control/management software and ERP systems (SAP).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Queue management: ensure orders are printed, batched, and processed overnight and during the day.
• Coordinate with shipping for orders ready to be picked, labeled, and audited.
• Lead daily workflow of dock workers, forklift operators, and material handlers.
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies (missing pallets, late orders, carrier issues).
• Stage and fulfill international orders until complete.
• Monitor and report On-Time Delivery performance to management.
• Cross-train and delegate authority when Warehouse Manager is out of office.
