Brady Corporation is seeking an Order Management Lead to support high-volume warehouse operations on a 2nd shift (2pm–midnight). You will manage order processing, scheduling, dock workflows, and auditing to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment.

The role requires strong supervisory skills and experience with warehouse systems and barcode technologies. The candidate should have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 5+ years in distribution supervision, with the ability to lift 50 lbs

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum 5 years supervising high-volume distribution operations.
• Experience with warehouse picking technologies and warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of barcode/scan technologies to improve efficiency.
• Proven ability to establish disciplined work processes and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Queue management: print, batch, and process orders overnight and during the day.
• Coordinate order prep with shipping for picking, labeling, and auditing.
• Direct dock workers, forklift operators, and material handlers.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and carrier issues.
• Stage and fulfill international orders; monitor On-Time Delivery.
• Track performance and report delays to management.
• Cross-train and delegate when Warehouse Manager is out.
