Brady Corporation, a global industrial technology leader, seeks an Order Management Lead for the 2nd shift (2pm–midnight) to supervise dock operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will manage queue processing, coordinate with the shipping office, and monitor on-time delivery while driving process improvements across high-volume distribution. Formación

• High school Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of high volume distribution supervision experience.
• Experience in warehouse picking technologies.
• Experience in warehouse control or management software.
• Experience in barcode and scanning technologies to improve picking/packaging efficiencies.
• Proven track record of establishing disciplined work processes and improving those processes.
• Strong supervisory and project management skills.
• Flexible in schedule to work overtime, nights & weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for the shift.

Responsabilidades

• Queue Management: Ensure system orders are printed, batched, and processed overnight and consistently.
• Order Prep: Coordinate with shipping for orders ready to be picked, labeled, and audited.
• Dock Coordination: Lead daily workflow of dock workers, forklift operators, and material handlers.
• Inventory Investigation: Research and resolve discrepancies such as missing pallets or late orders.
• International Compliance: Stage and fulfill international orders until complete.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor On-Time Delivery and report delays to management.
• Cross-Training: Assume delegation of authority when Warehouse Manager is out.
