Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Shipping Clerk to handle daily order fulfillment, coordinate carrier pickups, and ensure accuracy of all packed and shipped items. The role emphasizes following procedures with meticulous attention to detail.

The Shipping Clerk will prepare shipping documents, review instructions, and assist with loading/unloading as needed. Forklift operation and basic data entry will be required; training and certifications are offered where needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling orders by picking and packing items.
• Coordinating freight shipments by scheduling pickups.
• Preparing shipping documents (packing slips, invoices, Bill of Lading).
• Reviewing shipping instructions and regulations for accuracy.
• Assisting with loading/unloading as needed.
• Operating a forklift to move goods safely.
• Maintaining inventory of shipping supplies and restocking.
• Reviewing production schedules to plan shipments.
• Preparing international documentation when required.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
