Job summary

Visionaire Partners, LLC. is seeking a High Volume Recruiter for an onsite Dayton, OH role. This 6-month contract will drive rapid hiring across multiple manufacturing niches and partner with plant leadership to build strong pipelines.

You will screen candidates, coordinate on-site interviews, and manage end-to-end recruitment for 100+ roles while collaborating with HR for screenings and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated high-volume recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in sourcing for manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on expertise with ATS platforms, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to prioritize and manage 20+ active requisitions concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for 100+ positions across manufacturing (CNC machinists, quality inspectors, toolmakers, and admin support).
• Build active talent pipelines via job boards, social media, trade schools, and local Dayton community networks.
• Screen candidates, schedule on-site interviews, lead plant tours, and manage manager feedback.
• Partner with Production Supervisors to align on shift staffing needs and minimize time-to-fill.
• Coordinate with HR to oversee pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug screens) and onboarding.

High Volume Recruiter | Manufacturing

Join an industry leader in manufacturing as a High Volume Recruiter in Dayton, OH. Drive high-impact hiring, partner with plant leadership, and build strong pipelines for critical manufacturing roles.

Location:

Dayton, OH (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Type:

6-Month Contract (Extension or conversion potential)
