NOV is seeking a Recruiter to deliver high-volume recruitment for manufacturing and operations roles across NOV US sites, including Houston and Odessa. You will build local candidate pipelines, support managers in timely hiring decisions and ensure reliable offer-to-start conversions without compromising assessment quality.

The role requires coordinating hiring campaigns, screening, skills assessments, and onboarding handover while maintaining clear communication with candidates and HR partners.

Competenze

• End-to-end experience in high-volume hourly manufacturing recruitment.
• Knowledge of local candidate markets and diverse sourcing channels.
• Strong organization and candidate communication skills.
• Experience managing recruitment campaigns, interviewing, offers and pre-start follow-up.
• Proficiency with ATS and data management; Oracle Recruiting Cloud desirable.
• Clear written and spoken English; collaboration with HR partners.

Mansioni

• Translate site staffing needs into prioritized hiring plans with managers and HR; clarify vacancies, skills, shift patterns, location, pay parameters, and start requirements.
• Build local pipelines through referrals, community and trade-school relationships, job boards and hiring events; re-engage previous applicants.
• Run efficient, job-relevant screens and coordinate practical skills assessments with site experts.
• Manage hiring campaigns and live requisitions from sourcing through offer and onboarding; monitor funnel health and interview capacity.
• Explain offers and next steps clearly; track start-date readiness and manage withdrawals or no-shows.
• Maintain Hub Recruiting records, candidate evidence and stage dates; use approved tech and AI outputs with proper review.
• Use recruitment data and market feedback to improve delivery and share learnings with colleagues.
• Contribute to quality-of-hire reviews and align on follow-up actions with managers and HR.
