Job summary

Amsive is seeking a Lettershop Maintenance Technician to keep our high-speed direct mail production equipment running safely and efficiently at our Bolingbrook facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot failures, and support operators with setups and changeovers in a fast-paced plant.

We offer a schedule of 3pm–3am or 3am–3pm with potential overtime, and starting pay of at least $26.00 per hour based on experience. Training and safety procedures are emphasized on the job.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with high-speed mailing, inserting, packaging equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read equipment manuals and work orders.
• Able to prioritize repairs and work closely with operators in a fast-paced plant.
• Basic computer skills and clear communication.
• BlueCrest, Flowmaster, card-tipping, or inline inkjet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, and complete repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist operators with machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers.
• Document maintenance work and communicate equipment needs to production.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and maintain an organized work area.
