Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns. The role involves daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and closing loans while aiming for performance-based earnings and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Prepare tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and complete bank runs to deliver deposits.
