Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns. The role involves daily outbound calls, in-person customer meetings, and closing loans, with performance-based earnings potential and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls for collections and new business generation; work in a phone-intensive environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products/services.
• Prepare tax returns, gather documentation, and assist customers with tax-related questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, updates, tax documents, and log activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records including tax documentation and credit denials.
• Handle and balance cash and perform bank runs to deliver deposits.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and meet performance expectations across sales, collections, tax prep, and account management.
