Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking an experienced cook to join our high-volume kitchen team in Washington. You will prepare and cook meals with consistent quality, follow established recipes, and support a busy service with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and culinary training is preferred. We offer an excellent benefits package and opportunities for growth within a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read recipes, production lists and logs.
• Experience in a high-volume line cooking or production cooking environment preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals in a high-volume environment with consistent quality.
• Follow established recipes and presentation specifications set by chef or kitchen management.
• Cook according to menu and portion sizes for service.
• Maintain sanitary, clean, and organized workstation and kitchen area.
