Responsibilities

• Follow signature recipes, specifications and culinary standards to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized line station to support consistent execution and guest experience.
• Lead by example with professionalism, teamwork and pride in your work.
• Use opening and closing checklists to ensure stations are prepared for service and reset properly.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation and health guidelines, including proper logs and documentation.
• Ensure proper product rotation, storage and FIFO practices to maintain freshness and quality.
