Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification; will train
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification: will train
• Current CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse prevention training; will train

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Cook using grilling, sautéing, baking, frying and other methods.
• Plate dishes attractively and ensure consistency.
• Keep the kitchen station organized and stocked with ingredients.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow recipes and quality standards for flavor and portions.
• Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Communicate order status and ingredient needs to team.
• Adapt to menu changes and fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
