Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification; training provided.
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification: training provided.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up line prep stations and assist in food preparation.
• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes.
• Cook using grilling, sautéing, baking and frying methods.
• Plate presentation and maintain station organization.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow recipes to maintain consistency and quality.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
