Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to menu specifications.

• Cook the exact number of items ordered, handling several orders simultaneously.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Measure ingredients required for specific items.
• Operate grills, fryers, or griddles.
• Pre-cook items for later use when needed.
• Verify that prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements.
• Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
• Stock and restock workstations; assist with related duties as assigned.
