Job summary

Maverick Gaming LLC is hiring a team member in Bremerton, WA, to support kitchen operations and food prep. The role requires maintaining high standards of sanitation, following recipes, and ensuring timely production of menu items.

You will stock and organize supplies, set up your station, and help keep the kitchen clean and safe throughout shifts. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of prep or line cook experience, a high school education or equivalent, and a valid Washington Health

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous prep or line cook experience (6 months).
• Valid Washington Health Certification/Food worker card.

Responsibilities

• Stock supplies, products and utensils throughout the kitchen and general cleaning of the kitchen and stock areas.
• Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items as directed, in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety procedures, including use of required safety equipment, and identifying unsafe practices or conditions.
