We value teamwork, communication, and reliability. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of $18–$24 with non-exempt status. Able to lift, stand long hours, and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous prep cook experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ingredient preparation for cooking, following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Follow portion control procedures to minimize waste.
• Organize and stock ingredients to ensure smooth workflow during service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas.
• Follow proper food handling to maintain quality and freshness.
• Assist with inventory management and notifying shortages.
• Follow all safety procedures and collaborate with kitchen staff.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and dishwashing as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
