• Prepares prep and production recipes per Evergreen Dining LLC recipe book
• Unpacks and organizes incoming deliveries
• Cleans with chemicals while wearing gloves
• Works in a fast-paced environment with high quality and accuracy
• Maintains pace and intensity for extended periods
• Displays strong menu knowledge
• Reads, organizes, and coordinates kitchen tickets
• Communicates effectively to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Adheres to schedules and punctuality
• Operates effectively in a team environment
