Job summary

Array is seeking a Session Support Specialist to help ensure smooth execution of live legal proceedings via the Prevail platform. You will coordinate and dispatch sessions for hundreds of daily participants, acting as the main contact for attorneys, court reporters, and witnesses, while troubleshooting access and connectivity issues.

The role demands strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Experience using Zoom, Teams or similar platforms.
• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot access and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch live sessions and manage scheduling changes.
• Monitor multiple proceedings simultaneously.
• Serve as primary support for attorneys, court reporters, witnesses, and participants requiring technical or logistical help.
• Resolve connectivity and access issues to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain records of sessions, escalations, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with session managers to deliver a positive client experience.
