Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration with staff and customers.
• Clear communication in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Understanding and adherence to health and food safety standards (HACCP).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily dining operations and meet deadlines for meals.
• Prepare salads, sandwiches and ingredients for service and production.
• Safely use knives and equipment to prepare food and maintain cleanliness.
• Receive and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date products.
• Restock dishes, utensils, and serving areas; keep stations sanitary.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment at shift end.
