Job summary

Titan Security in Chicago, IL is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to own the candidate experience from offer through onboarding for approximately 2,000 hires annually across the Great Lakes region. Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, recruiting operations, or similar high-volume admin role.
• Ability to manage a large, fast-moving workload with multiple candidates, deadlines, and systems.
• Strong candidate and employee service skills, including guiding people through paperwork by phone or video.

Responsibilities

• Own the accepted candidate experience from offer through pre-employment clearance and orientation readiness.
• Coordinate completion of I-9 and all required new-hire documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and maintain data in HRIS/Onboarding platforms and ensure confidential records.
• Provide daily status visibility for each candidate and manage onboarding follow-up and handoffs to Operations.
