Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Role requires mobility and the ability to stand, kneel, bend, reach and communicate in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/banquet prep is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in quality of food execution and presentation while serving menu items per standards.
• Maintain a prepared, sanitary work area and clean equipment and cooking spaces; keep storage tidy.
• Show initiative and work independently to meet deadlines with consistent results.
• Approach tasks with a can-do attitude and strive for exceptional guest service.
• Prior experience in high-volume restaurant/banquet prep is a plus.
