Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Grill Cook to join our Spring, TX team. The role focuses on accurate prep and cooking for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events, following production sheets and client requirements.

Hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday, in a high-volume kitchen. Requirements include at least 1 year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education, strong kitchen organization, and adherence to food safety and HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• High-volume kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong organization and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clock in/out at shift start and break times.
• Prepare, cook, and plate food items according to prep lists and production sheets.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas daily.
• Adhere to safety and SOPs and report discrepancies.
