The ideal candidate will work closely with the chef/manager, maintain logs, and uphold the company’s standards in a fast-paced meal service environment.

Qualifications

• Operate the Short-Order Grill Station during meal periods.
• Assist in kitchen with food preparation and cooking duties.
• Maintain correct quantities and quality of menu items as assigned by chef/manager.
• Follow applicable food safety and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock Grill Station for service by prescribed timeline.
• Operate Short Order Grill Station during service times and prepare items on the grill menu.
• Cook required meal items according to the daily menu.
• Check temperatures to ensure proper cooking and holding temperatures.
• Refill items as needed, greet customers, and maintain service areas.
