Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in McLean, VA is seeking a Talent Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume community roles. You will partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and pipeline strategy, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

You will source candidates via job boards, social media and events, coordinate interviews, build active and passive pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and strengthen Sunrise's employer brand in local markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS, particularly Workday
