Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, including House of Blues venues, seeks team members for concessions and food room operations. The role ensures timely, courteous delivery of kitchen orders in a fast-paced environment while upholding service standards and safety guidelines.

You will assist with opening/closing duties, respond to guest inquiries, and help maintain a clean, organized work area throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High volume kitchen operations experience.
• Experience as Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Concessions / Food Room to ensure kitchen orders are delivered promptly and courteously.
• Perform table maintenance and follow HOB service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner and maintain atmosphere.
• Keep floor neat and free of food, trash and obstacles throughout shift.
• Maintain current SOPs and stay informed of menu items and descriptions.
• Support other employees and follow safety standards.
