Job summary

Omni Dallas Hotel, located in downtown Dallas, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage General Manager for The Owner's Box sports bar. You will lead daily operations, mentor managers and staff, and ensure top-tier guest experiences while upholding Omni standards.

The role requires 4+ years in high-volume F&B leadership, with strong financial oversight of labor, food, and beverage costs, and certifications such as Food Handler and TABC or ability to obtain them.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Food & Beverage General Manager in a high-volume environment.
• Experience managing a sports bar is required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing restaurant financials: labor, food cost, beverage cost, inventory, par controls.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and guest service skills.
• Current Food Handler and TABC certifications or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of The Owner's Box to ensure efficient and profitable service.
• Direct managers and associates to deliver exceptional guest service and memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee assigned shifts and assist with overall outlet management.
• Monitor liquor pars and inventory controls; manage weekly payroll and labor forecasting.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new associates.
