Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group is seeking experienced part-time bartenders to bring The Mallory’s beverage program to life at our new West Chelsea venue in New York. You will deliver polished service, craft cocktails and manage a high-volume bar across a variety of events.

The role requires fast, friendly service, knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year bartending in fast-paced venues.
• Experience at weddings, galas, or corporate events is a plus.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Friendly, polished hospitality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to guests at events.
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Learn and execute The Mallory’s beverage menus and standards.
• Manage high-volume bar service while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with event, operations, and culinary teams.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar throughout service.
• Operate the POS system for event service.
• Follow all safety and alcohol-service guidelines.
